September 1997 Clark

First Clark under the new 1997 Organic Law (20-seat Real Cosă and establishment of the Senäts). The Senäts voted unanimously to elect Ián von Metáiriâ as the first Mençei.

The seat for (modern) Belacostă was vacant, potentially due to being the sole province where the referendum on the mode of filling the seat was tied between election and appointment. No election was held in July-August alongside those for the other seats, and the seat was only filled in November.

The seat for Florenciă was also functionally vacant. The Clark reported it as being filled by Danihel Lauriéir with a question mark, however this was clearly not counted because Lauriéir only lost his seat due to inactivity after the Third (not Second) Clark.
