This Clark was a Living Cosa, and as such, most of the Cosa members and Senators voted in person or via Proxy and not on Wittenberg. This wouldn't be a problem for record keeping, but sadly, the Next Clark, which published the results, was lost to history and as such, all we know is that all 3 bills passed, and the votes of 2 Cosa Members and 1 Senator.
