WHEREAS Lexh.E.7 divides the entire globe into geographic zones so that anyone living outside Talossa is automatically assigned to a province, and
WHEREAS the State of Maine and the nation of Tuvalu were somehow left off the map, so a prospective immigrant from either has no province to be assigned to, and
WHEREAS Maine sits naturally with the rest of New England in Atatürk, and Tuvalu with its Pacific neighbours in Florencia,
THEREFORE the words "New Hampshire, and Vermont" in Lexh.E.7.4 shall be replaced with "New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont".
FURTHERMORE, the words "Tonga, Vanuatu" in Lexh.E.7.8 shall be replaced with "Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu".
FURTHERMORE, nothing in this act shall alter the provincial assignment of any current citizen except as provided by Lexh.E.7.3.
