BE IT ENACTED by the Ziu of Talossa and ratified by the nation in referendum that the Organic Law be amended as follows:Article IX, Section 1, which currently reads:The Seneschál shall appoint a Secretary of State to an indefinite term. He may be removed and replaced by law.to be replaced in its entirety by:A Secretary of State shall be appointed by law, on the nomination of the King with the advice and consent of the Seneschál.
