43RZ05 - The Nonpartisan Senator Amendment
Clarked in the First Clark (November 2011) of the 43rd Ziu
Whereas a Senator represents his province, and
Whereas a Senator does not represent his party, and
Whereas Senators shouldn't just rely on their parties to get elected,
THEREFORE the Ziu approves the following amendment to the Organic Law, and transmits it to the people for ratification:
Article IV, section 5 of the organic law is hereby repealed.
