WHEREAS Frédéric Maugey revived King Robert I's deflated interest in Talossa in July 1981, when the King had pretty much given up on the whole thing; and
WHEREAS , if it had not been for Frédéric Maugey's heroic act of knowing a good thing when he sees it, there would not be a Talossa today;
THEREFORE the Ziu hereby officially proclaims Frédéric Maugey the Saviour of Our Country, with all rights and privileges thereunto appertaining, including having his image portrayed on Talossan postage stamps, currency, and on big red banners during May Day celebrations in Abbavilla.
