WHEREAS according to LZ31 of July 1998 the Kingdom of Talossa established diplomatic relations with the so-called micronation of Triparia; and
WHEREAS Talossa has decided it is not a "micronation";
THEREFORE the Ziu hereby repeals LZ31 of July 1998 and ends any and all official and formal relations with Triparia.
