WHEREAS two days before his forced and unjust exile, Zog, King of the Albanians, welcomed into the world his only son; and
WHEREAS this child, Leka Zogu, has until two years ago been in exile in the Republic of South Africa, where he his passport and diplomatic immunity have been revoked; and
WHEREAS the Kingdom of Talossa believes in monarchy in all places, especially in the Ancient Home of Skanderbeg;
THEREFORE this Kingdom of Talossa lends its Invincible Moral Support(tm) to the rightful King of the Albanians, Leka, and expresses its wishes that His Majesty return to the Eagle Throne as soon as possible. Long Live King Leka!
