WHEREAS, no bills or resolutions have been submitted for consideration during the June 2026 Clark, and
WHEREAS, El Lexhatx Title H Article 2.1.10 states:
2.1.10. Notwithstanding the rules about a bill's eligibility to be Clarked, if no bill was submitted to the Clark at the moment of publication, the Secretary of State shall be allowed to add to the Clark a simple bill asking for Quorum where Cosa Members and Senators can vote to confirm their presence for the Clark.
THEREFORE, this resolution is hereby offered to the Ziu in compliance with the above-mentioned provision.
FURTHERMORE, since Dien’s ham sandwich theory was finally proven wrong by the failure of the referendum on 60RZ21, upon passage of this resolution, the King, Senators and Members of the Cosă are all encouraged to consume a ham sandwich in his honour, or an equivalent food item according to their dietary restrictions.
