In most cases these are here following a Call for Bills and will be Clarked in a matter of days.
Due to Chancery policy, the order these bills are displayed in is not necessarily the same as the numbering that will be assigned once Clarked.
There might also be bills that have been independently determined to be eligible for Clarking by the Secretary of State as a time-saving measure. In this case, the bill won't be Clarked until so requested in a Call for Bills.
