WHEREAS the Graham Chapman Act did not pass, and
WHEREAS one of the provisions of said act was to do away with 16RC28The Duce Day Talossan National Holiday Act, and
WHEREAS we changed the name of the Province of Benito in order to distance ourselves from the man venerated by the aforementioned holiday, now
THEREFORE 16RC28 is hereby repealed.
