WHEREAS during the transcription of the laws from L'Anutziâ dels Legeux, it was found that the following laws are still in-force in the Kingdom of Talossa:

The Law and Order Act (16RC33)
The I Am Not a Number, I Am a Free Man! Act (16RC35)
The Ban the Obnoxious Adolescent Idiots Act (17RC35)
The Comprehensive Ban-The-Trash Act (20RC6)
The Other Galactic Funk Act (20RC10), and
WHEREAS the listed laws are far too silly, and
WHEREAS there is also one with no name,
THEREFORE the laws listed above are all hereby repealed, and
FURTHERMORE 23RZ2 is hereby given the name "The Horse with a Talossan Name Act."
