WHEREAS The Ministry of Immigration currently operates a policy which discourages Prospective citizens of the Kingdom from posting messages outside of the Immigration forum; and
WHEREAS Such a policy may have a detrimental effect on a Prospective's development within the Kingdom; and
WHEREAS Active participation within the main Wittenberg forums may have a beneficial effect on the way that a Prospective citizen learns the Talossan way of things and may allow them to wean into the Kingdom, which may limit the 'instant drop-out' of new citizens; and
WHEREAS The 15 day immigration process is designed to allow Talossans and Prospectives to get to know each other alike; now
THEREFORE be it resolved by the Ziu of the Kingdom of Talossa that the current policy of discouragement is hereby abolished and that Prospective Citizens shall have the right to post within the following forum boards:
Wittenberg, Immigration, El Glheþ Talossan, College of Arms, l’Üniversità Talossan, GTZT and The Chat Room.
