WHEREAS , Mark Hamilton is the Talossan Consul-General to the Province of Nova Scotia; and

WHEREAS , the residence of Mark Hamilton serves as the office of the Consulate and has not been officially recognized as the Consulate,

Therefore, the Ziu hereby declares the residence of Mark Hamilton to be the official Talossan Consulate in Nova Scotia and recommends a great deal of rejoicing to be held within the confines of the Consulate if this legislation passes.
