burner, including the voting for the September, 2001 Clark.
WHEREAS , our King and Princess of Hot Wheels were, due to their trip to Europe, unable to vote.
Therefore, given all these circumstances, the Ziu shall not count against all September, 2001 nonvoting Members of Cosa and Senators their nonvoting toward the "two nonvotes and you're out" portion of the Organic Law of 1997.
