WHEREAS , The Organic Law, 1997, Article XV, Section 14, states "Justices and all other judges shall wear judge's wigs while exercising judicial power"; and,
WHEREAS , a guiding principle seems to be "having laws that do not correspond with reality is not a good thing"; and,
WHEREAS , said judge's wigs are not readily available and are expensive probably as a result; and,
WHEREAS , as a result of the aforementioned "WHEREAS ", it has been stated by one of the judge's that wigs are not worn;
THEREFORE, , the Ziu hereby instructs that a vote be taken in a public referendum, at the earliest possible opportunity, to delete the provisions of The Organic Law, 1997, Article XV, Section 14, in its entirety.
