28RZ13 - Repeal The Talossan Book Purchase Act

1. WHEREAS , King Robert I has resolved to no longer produce Talossan books, and
   2. WHEREAS , Reading these books is a prerequisite to Talossan citizenship, and
   3. WHEREAS , On-line publications are condensed and contain many factual discrepancies (dates, lack of context, etc.), and
   4. WHEREAS , An unbiased, historical accounting is needed for the RT's citizens;
   5. Therefore, The Ziu repeals all book purchase and reading prerequisite requirements for future citizens.
