WHEREAS , Every single self-proclaimed "Wiccan" and "Pagan" who has applied for Talossan citizenship has been callous, argumentative, and nasty; and
WHEREAS , The "Wiccan" and "Pagan" communities are well-defined entities which might seek to usurp or exploit Talossa for their own nefarious purposes,
THEREFORE, the Ziu hereby recommends that no "Wiccans" and/or "Pagans" be approved henceforth for Talossan citizenship, and further recommends that if any such persons should apply, that appropriate investigations be conducted of their backgrounds and beliefs by appropriate Talossan law enforcement
agencies.
