WHEREAS , the Republic of Zimbabwe is ruled by a corrupt oligarchy of racist, homophobic Communist thugs, who have stripped the country bare and left it in a state of social and economic ruin, and
WHEREAS , the racist Government of Zimbabwe under "Comrade" Robert Mugabe has endangered the peace of Africa by numerous insertions of troops into regional trouble-zones at the behest of fellow dictators, and
WHEREAS , the Government of Zimbabwe has recently begun a campaign of Ethnic Cleansing, marked by murder and kidnapping, and designed to expel or annihilate the country's economically most productive population, and
WHEREAS , a multiracial coalition of Zimbabweans has rallied around the figure of Morgan Tsvangirai to defeat Mugabe's proposal for an open dictatorship in a recent referendum, and are now engaged in a struggle to overturn Mugabe's ruinous racist rule at the ballot box:
THEREFORE, the Kingdom of Talossa, motivated solely by humanitarian concerns, hereby announces complete and total economic and diplomatic sanctions against Zimbabwe, to continue until the day when Robert Mugabe and his ZANU-PF oligarchs are removed from power by the people of Zimbabwe or by whatever foreign intervention may be required.
