WHEREAS the Kingdom of Triparia has shown the Kingdom of Talossa no hostility or ill will; and
WHEREAS they have also conducted themselves fairly and in a way we can find no problem with; and
WHEREAS recognition of such a nation may be the stepping-stone to future friendship;
THEREFORE we hereby formally recognize the Kingdom of Triparia.
