WHEREAS there may come a time Talossa might need to count on a micronational ally; and
WHEREAS Talossa has no real micronational allies to speak of; and
WHEREAS a strong group alliance can be a strong tool in the diplomacy of the micronational world;
THEREFORE we hereby commission the formation of the Ephemeral State Treaty Organization, to consist of Talossa and her allies (whoever that may be). A committee to set up and determine the rules of this organization (to be known colloquially as ESTO) is also commissioned, to be staffed with any interested party in the RT. If peace is the ultimate goal, then it must be attained through strength.
