WHEREAS a Living Cosâ is bound to be fun; and
WHEREAS fun is important; and
WHEREAS TalossaFest '98 promises to be the largest gathering of Talossans since, well, forever; and
WHEREAS that can mean only one thing;
THEREFORE the Ziu hereby calls for a Living Cosâ to convene during TalossaFest '98.
