WHEREAS Talossa has a claim to territory in Antarctica; and
WHEREAS there are Russian science stations in that territory; and
WHEREAS the Antarctic Treaty is in the best interests of the Talossan claim to Pengöpäts;
THEREFORE Talossa accedes to the Antarctic Treaty.
