WHEREAS , Mystery Science Theatre 3000 is already the official television programme of the Kingdom of Talossa; and
WHEREAS , public recognition of these facts should impel Talossans around the world to watch Manos: The Hands of Fate as another of those intensely painful sacrifices which they should constantly make for Talossa;
THEREFORE, the Ziu hereby resoundingly designates Manos: The Hands of Fate the Official Motion Picture of the Kingdom of Talossa.
