WHEREAS , China may well have some changes coming following the cremation of Deng; and
WHEREAS , Tibet has been suppressed by China for too long and has been closed to the outside world; and
WHEREAS , a number of untalented actors have, in sympathy with the Dalai Llama, wished to enter a free Tibethan nation.
THEREFORE, the Cosâ urges, through the Foreign Minister, China to let Tibet have it's freedom, so that the previously mentioned untalented actors can disappear in Tibethan terrain.
