During this Cosâ, Secretary of States Charles Sauls made a mistake when publishing the Clark : instead of increasing the Clark Number for the first 3 clarks, he increased the Cosâ Number causing the next Cosâ to be Cosâ number 26 instead of 23. This error was noticed only several years later during the 32th Cosâ - in reality the 29th - when creating the Talossan Database. Any source material outside the database preceding the correction might have invalid Cosâ numbers.
