WHEREAS the people of East Timor currently have their rightful sovereignty abridged under the tyrannous rule of Indonesia and WHEREAS the Indonesian régime regularly commits human rights violations against the East Timorese people and WHEREAS most nations of the world appear happy to wash their hands of the problem or even recognize Indonesia's claim to East Timor and WHEREAS East Timor is worthy of recognition by Talossa THE COSÂ ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: the Kingdom of Talossa recognizes East Timor's sovereignty and offers its invincible "moral support" to the people of East Timor and their worthy cause.
