22RC09 - The Gwenn-Ha-Du Act

WHEREAS, the Talossan Province of Cézembre has had a number of territorial flags, none of which has ever actually "flown" over the Province or really established itself in the hearts and minds of Cézembrians; and WHEREAS, on 02 July 1986 King Robert I and Prime Minister Frédéric Maugey did physically hoist over the Island of Cézembre the "Gwenn-ha-Du" ('White and Black') flag of secessionist Brittany (shown here); and WHEREAS, this flag is not the flag of any independent nation; and WHEREAS, Cézembre deserves to fly this flag since it is the only part of Brittany not under French occupation; THEREFORE, the Cosâ hereby adopts the Gwenn-ha-Du as the official provincial flag of the Province of Cézembre.
