No majority is present. Tresplet, Martinez, Siervicül and Xhorxh are all tied and all received no further preferences, so parallel scenarios would have to be conducted. However, the ballots for Tresplet, Martinez and Xhorxh do not contain further preferences, so they would be exhausted under any permutation of eliminations, while the ballot for Siervicül contains a second preference for Vilaçafat. Thus, all scenarios would converge to the same outcome.

One of Ardpresteir's ballots is reassigned to Davinescu, while the other two are exhausted. No majority is present. The tie cannot be resolved under IRV, as Davinescu and Vilaçafat have the same number (1) of second preferences assigned to them and no lower preferences. Premier of Maricopa Danihel Txechescu was initially called to break the tie, but litigation arose after Davinescu could not attend the agreed upon tiebreaker, a poker game. A new court-ordered tiebreaker was held under Txec dal Nordselvă, who had in the meantime succeeded Txechescu, and selected Davinescu to continue as Senator by the roll of a virtual spinning wheel.
