All three ballots cast for Cresti Siervicül are reassigned to Béneditsch Ardpresteir, who holds a majority of non-exhausted ballots and is therefore duly elected Senator for Maricopa. However Ardpresteir, who was a sitting Justice of the Uppermost Court, renounced his Senate seat in order to keep serving in the Judiciary. Siervicül, who would have won had Ardpresteir been eliminated instead of him, was appointed to the seat.
