WHEREAS there is some confusion about Prime Dictates, the Cosâ hereby amends the Constituziun, Article 51, by adding the following text to said Article:
"Prime Dictates (PDs) take effect immediately upon their signature by the Prime Minister and counter signature by the King. A Prime Dictate must be published at the earliest possible opportunity in the Clark."
