Whereas, in Article 30 of the Constituziun it states in part: '...the
leadership of parties must pay the Secretary of State a fee, to be set by law,
to help cover the cost of the next election," the Cosa hereby enacts the follow-
ing: as part of registration for an election, political parties must submit a
fee of $1.00 (in US funds) to cover costs of printing and mailing of election
ballots. This fee is to be paid to the Sec'y of State prior to Balloting Day.
Secondly, each elected Cosa Member must - prior to being allowed to exercise his
ability to vote with his assigned seats - pay a lump sum of $3.00 to cover costs
of mailing and copying of Clarks for the term of office of the elected Gov't.
Any and all surplus of funds derived from either source mentioned above will be
placed in the National Bank Account (Acînt del Banqeu Naziunál) for future
official use by the Cosa' (see RC47).
