Because many (probably most) future Talossans are people whom
we don't know yet and who don't know us yet, they are limited in
their knowledge of our varied and fascinating history because
they have not experienced it first-hand. Therefore the Cosa
hereby amends Article 94a of the Constituziun and adds the following text to that Article: "The citizen must also purchase,
at cost, a copy of the History of the Kingdom of Talossa. Exceptions to this requirement may be made by law."
