Whereas the originator of AN ACT TO FINALLY PUT A LIMIT ON HOW MANY BILLS YOU CAN SUBMIT did not vote "per" on the bill and the bill is totally unacceptable to small parties that are active in the Cosa, thexefore the Cosa hereby resolves that the limit on how many bills a Cosa member may submit each month be changed to three per person, excluding jointly written bills.
