The Cosa hereby amends Article 29 to state: "Every political party may operate under rules of its own design, and must obey the Constitution. Parties which proclaim themselves to be Communist, Marxist, Stalinist or Leninist, or those who are determined to be so by the Uppermost Court are illegal, and forbidden from local or national elections. In this way, Talossa's way of government is preserved, as is the spirit of Western Culture."
