The Cosâ hereby directs RTV, our national television netowrk, to produce a documentary introduction to the Kingdom of Talossa to be filmed by use of a video camera. Robert Murphy is cordially invited to render such a camera to the services of the nation. This documentary introduction will be used to acquaint future immigrants to the nation and its people.
