Resolved, that the Cosa instruct the Sec'y of State, in the bloodiest possible language, that he must publish bills in the CLARK as they are written (spelling errors must be allowed to embarrass their authors!) and, furthermore, he must save his editorial commentary for its proper forum, the Addresses to the Whole House, at the end of the CLARK. If he refuses, he will be replaced by Andrew Wozniak (!).
