41RZ11 - The Diet Coke of Provinces: Pengöpäts Amendment

WHEREAS an ACT just doesn't have the same OOOOMPF as AMENDMENT, and

WHEREAS it is amazingly an odd-numbered Cosa AGAIN, and

WHEREAS I'm not sure how these dang odd numbers keep popping up, and

WHEREAS there is still plenty of great junk in this trunk, er, I mean RUMP, and

WHEREAS this a RUMP oldie but a RUMP goodie, and

WHEREAS it seems the Ziu needs some busy work, and

WHEREAS it would be neat to see if anybody is paying attention, and

WHEREAS it would be even neater to see if the King is paying attention and would exercise his veto power,

WHEREAS spell check is AWESOME,

THEREFORE Article XVII, Section 11 of the Organic Law amended to read:

Section 11. Talossa's overseas colony, Pengöpäts Antarctic Territory, forms an irrevocable part of the national patrimony is now a full Province of the realm with all rights and privileges thereto pertaining and shall never be abandoned. It shall be administered by a Governor appointed for an indefinite period by the King on the advice of the Seneschál the RUMP's shadow government.

FURTHERMORE Article XVII, Section 13 of the Organic Law is amended to read:

Section 13. No new province shall be constituted after the adoption of this Organic Law unless said proposed province shall contain a citizenry comprising at least 10 persons it seems like a good idea at the time.

No new province shall be constituted after the adoption of this Organic Law unless said proposed province shall contain within it a working constitution with an elected government and a citizenry comprising at least ten persons is perpetually covered in ice, at the bottom of the world, and full of penguins.
