WHEREAS the Talossan flag is an extremely strong national symbol of Talossa
WHEREAS such a strong national symbol deserves special recognition by the nation to which it is so wonderfully associated with; and
WHEREAS the current Talossan Flag was adopted on March 2nd 1981
THEREFORE the date of March 2nd be designated as National Flag day, on which the Talossan Flag is celebrated and its importance to the nation remembered.
