34RZ10 - THE TALOSSAN CORPORATE STATE (Amendment) ACT

WHEREAS, the government of the State of Wisconsin has granted Talossan citizens the right to form a not-for-profit corporation known as Talossa, Inc. (WI-DFI Corporation # T038581; hereafter: “The Corporation”), and

WHEREAS, the administration of the Corporation is legally solely in the hands of Robert Ben Madison pending the issuance of corporate by-laws, and

WHEREAS, Talossa functions as a community under the organic direction of the Organic Law and the various offices which it defines;

THEREFORE, the Ziu hereby calls for a referendum at the earliest possible opportunity to add the following, Article II, Section 2a, to the Organic Law:

Art.II, Sec. 2a: Talossa functions for purposes of United States and international law as a not-for-profit corporation (WI-DFI Corporation # T038581). This Organic Law shall stand as the by-laws of the corporation for legal purposes, and the corporation, its identity and its properties, shall be administered solely by those officials named therein and loyal thereto.
