34 RZ7 - THE SMOKING BAN ACT
WHEREAS , smoking endangers the health of smokers and non-smokers alike and is unsightly and smelly, and
WHEREAS , non-smokers should not be expected to endure the foul odour and fumes from tobacco products, and
WHEREAS , a ban on smoking inside would help to reduce illness and death as a result of smoking,
Therefore, the Ziu hereby declares that the smoking of all tobacco products is prohibited in all buildings with the exception of an individual's place of residence.
