WHEREAS it is important for any institution to have distinctive insignia for
itself,
WHEREAS the Speaker of the Cosâ and the Mençéi have never really ever had
anything to do before,
THEREFORE, the Ziu adds to the duties of the Speaker of the Cosâ to appoint
one or more persons to design a distinctive insignia for this body unless one has
been done already. If there is already insignia in existence, then said person shall
have the responsibility of retrieving same and doing with is as the Speaker and
Cosâ direct. Said person or persons shall serve at the pleasure of the Speaker.
THEREFORE also, the Ziu adds to the duties of the Mençéi that of appointing
one or more persons to design a distinctive insignia for the Senäts unless one has
been done already. If there is already insignia in existence, then said person shall
have the responsibility of retrieving same and doing with is as the Mençéi and
Senäts direct. Said person or persons shall serve at the pleasure of the Mençéi.
If it is desirable to both the Speaker and the Mençéi, one person alone may be
appointed to serve both houses of the Ziu and/or create and disseminate in
whatever way the Speaker, Mençéi, and Ziu feel is appropriate, a single system of
insignia for the Ziu as a whole. If insignia for the Ziu as a whole is to be agreed
upon, the Monarch shall also have a say in the process equal to that of the
Speaker and the Mençéi.
