WHEREAS , with the impending passage of the EM200 Cosâ Reform legislation,
certain individuals have expressed some sort of fear that this system is designed to
increase the power of the King, and
WHEREAS , nothing of the sort was intended or desired, but the Royal Family
desires that these fears be quashed,
THEREFORE, the Ziu hereby calls for a referendum at the earliest possible
opportunity to add the following language to Article VII, Section 6 of the Organic
Law:
"The King shall be eligible to sit in the Cosâ, but may not vote on the override of a
veto."
