for a citizenship application under the laws of the Kingdom of Talossa, and
WHEREAS , her application has received the approval of the Uppermost Cort, and
WHEREAS , she has displayed a sincere desire to become a Talossan citizen and a
sincere interest in our nationette, and
WITH, the enthusiastic recommendation of the Immigration Minister,
THEREFORE Lisa Skovalia is approved for citizenship in the Kingdom of Talossa,
with all the usual rights, responsibilities and duties thereunto, including any further
