Under the current dictator Saddam Hussein, Iraq has again began an agressive policy on those individuals who are irmocent of the actions that have been taken against them. Talossa now hereby condemns and denounces not only Iraq, but rehises to consider negotiating with Iraq until the current leader has left the seat of power in Iraq.
