Whereas there is no Supreme Justice of the Uppermost Cort, therefore it is proposed that a Supreme Justice is created.
The Supreme Justice will preside over the Uppermost Cort and will break ties in case of a deadlock in the Cort. In addition, the Cort will be expanded from 3 members to 4 changing in Article 77, '3' will read '4'. Also in Article 77 "...remaining 2.."must be changed to "...remaining 3..." In Article 81 it should be changed to read "the Cort shall issue no authoritiative decision without the fullest opportunity far all the Justices to con cider the case in question, however, a single Justice of the Uppermost Cort may hear a case on his own if this is acceptable to the other members of the Cort. He shall be appointed to do so by unanimous vote of the entire 4 person Cort.i (Remainder of Article is unchanged.)
