21RC24 - The Cort Expansion (Amendment) Act

Whereas the Cort needs to be expanded from the current number of 3 to 5 the following changes in the Constituzion must occur: In Article 77 '3' needs to be changed to '5'. Also in Article 77". remaining 2..." must be changed to "...remaining 4..."

In Article 81 it should be changed to read "the Cort shall issue no authoritative decision without the fullest opportunity for all the Justices to concider the case in question, however, a single Justice of the Uppermost Cort may hear a case on his own if this is acceptable to the other members of the Cort. He shall be appointed to do so by unanimous vote of the entire 5 person Cort.i (Remainder of Article is unchanged.)
