Whereas, Talossa has a long history of condemning violations of human rights around the world, and Whereas, the
governments of Mali and Niger have perpetrated massacres against the Tuareg Berbers, and driven them off the lands
they've inhabited for thousands of years, and Whereas, Mali and Niger are receiving aid and comfort from France to
conduct these atrocious, anti-Berber and inhuman policies, THEREFORE: The Cosa, inspired in part by feelings of
pan-Berber solidarity, hereby condemns Mali, Niger, and France and demands that they confer full independence to the
Tuareg Berbers at once. A total trade embargo is hereby imposed against both Mali and Niger, and Talossans are strongly
encouraged to buy Wisconsin cheese rather than French cheese to punish the Frogs for their perfidy!
