Whereas, a number of Talossan citizens live overseas, and are therefore able to represent Talossan interests in their native countries, and Whereas, foreigners may be interested in representing Talossan interests in their home countries as well; and Whereas, Hutt River Province and other micronations have done a lucrative business selling ambassadorships;
THEREFORE, the Cosa hereby empowers the Foreign Ministry to investigate and develop a plan for Ambassadorships, Consulships, etc.; and furthermore, pending the final outcome of such a plan, designates ALBERTO MANNASSERO as the RT Ambassador to Italy, MARC-ANDRE DOWD as the RT Ambassador to Canada; and GJERMUND HIGRAFF as the RT Ambassador to Norway.
