The Cosa hereby authorizes the Prime Minister to select a date for a Living Cosa in the month of August, 1996, to coincide with the TalossaFest scheduled for 17 August 1996/xvii, Publication of this bill in the Clark will serve as notice to all MC's who cannot attend, to send their bills in to the Secretary of State before that date.
